IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, shipping is FREE across India.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses, and we do everything possible to deliver them quickly. Please allow an estimated 3–8 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and courier service.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once your order is processed, you will receive an AWB number within 1–2 days. You can use this to track your order on our Tracking Page.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

For multi-item orders, items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability. In some cases, popular items may be shipped separately to avoid delaying your full order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

All Wingzy orders are shipped with insured delivery. In the rare event that your package gets delayed, lost, or returned during transit, don’t worry — we will arrange a replacement package with faster shipping and full tracking (where possible).
